Review
We have purchased four cars from Haldeman Nissan over the last 10 years - two Maximas and two Muranos. Prior to our purchases, we compared this dealership with other Nissan dealers in our area. With this last purchase we received free oil changes for the life of the car. We think that the fact that we keep going back says it all.

David Borden is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the car I purchased. If I ever have a question I call him and he always helps me out! All the people there are very friendly.
I highly recommend this dealership and DAVID BORDEN! When I purchase my car I also received free oil changes, which is a huge cost savings. The service department is very good and fast and never leaves your car dirty. Also easy to make an appointment and they take your car at your appointment time.

Review
Wanted to lease a new Nissan Murano, knew what I wanted as far as options and knew what I wanted to pay. Emailed dealership, Aida Wolchok set everything up over phone and email, went in and signed papers with David Borden. Spent a total of 40 minutes at dealership from time I walked in. Everything they promised was delivered, they were professional, they were trustworthy and they were friendly. Plus they gave me free oil changes for the life of my lease. What more could I ask for?

Hubert Markowski was extrememly helpful and friendly. I felt very comfortable working with him. He made purchasing my new Nissan Altima painless and stress free. Hubert is a true asset to Haldeman Nissan. Its important to feel that the salesman is working for you and Hubert didnt treat me as just another customer, he treated me like a close personal friend. Paul was extrememly helpful and friendly. I did not feel pressured to buy and felt extremely comfortable working with him. He made the the whole concept of purchasing an automobile painless and not at all stressful....he is a true asset to Haldeman Nissan. For the buyer it is important to feel that the salesman is working for them and Paul had that ability. I would recommend him to anyone of my friends and family that was looking to purchase a car.

I have only owned Fords and Nissan,all purchased from Haldeman Ford and Haldeman Nissan.I have always taken my cars to the dealer for service. In all my past experiences I have never felt do confident that everything that is done really needs to be done. Charlotte explains everything in detail and in language that I can understand. She tells me what is the most important service to do and why. I am on my own and often car repairs can be overwhelming, but Ialways feel she goes beyond customer satisfaction, and thatis what will keep your customers returning for service.Charlotte is the sweetest person. She takes the time to answer allquestions and explain everything that is being done. It is an actual pleasure to bring my car in for service and that says a lot about her. I hope she never leaves.

I was shopping for a vehicle online, and sent in a request to Haldeman Nissan. I received a quote less than 15 minutes. Jenn Nelson went far and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. I scheduled an appointment with her the next day. I was able to finalize the deal and the paperwork within 45 minutes, and drove away in my new 2011 Nissan Altima. From the minute we walked into Haldeman Nissan, we felt welcomed and comfortable. We had been shopping around for a reliable, decently priced used car. Kioh was the salesman who assisted us. He was patient and honest. He answered all of our questions with no hesitation. He was never too pushy or overbearing. Unfortunately, our first trip to Haldeman Nissan we left without a car. Continuing our search, we realized we REALLY wanted to bring our business to this dealer. We continued to search online at the cars in their lot. So, today, we went back to Haldeman Nissan. With Kioh & Bill, we were able to purchase our car! Kioh helped us realize what car would be best for our financial situation. He personally walked us around the lot to show us their great inventory. I feel like this dealership truly listened to what we had to say - what we wanted, what we can afford. I thank them for their continued patience and assistance. I have to say, IT WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I ever had in purchasing a car. The salesman was honest, knowledgeable and informative. He took me through the car step by step and explained about the Altima that I wanted. After the test drive, we sat down and went over the numbers, made sure I understood each and every number. The finance manager was also great. No problem was too much for him to handle. After the purchase, the salesman sat in the car and showed me how everything works in my new car. I am sooo pleased with this dealership that I will be returning to purchase a car for my son.

Just wanted you to know that George Zink went above and beyond selling me my Versa. My old car broke down on my way to see my brother. I had rented a car to continue my trip. We went to look at cars and George took his time to show us the new and used cars. He then went in the back and got the car that I now own. George Zink could have just let us look around after all I had a rental. What George doesn't know is that it took three cars to drive me home. I had to take the rental back to Somerset, my brother drove my Versa and my sister-in-law had to take my brother back home. I couldn't wait to get to Somerset so I could drive my new car back to Pittsburgh.

Hi, I wanted to write and share my experience I had yesterday. I recently discovered my car registration on my leased 2009 Altima, was due to expire at the end of October and I had not received renewal paperwork from the Main Headquarters of Nissan. I called the 800# last week and was told they had not received the paperwork from NJ Motor Vehicle and they suggested I call back in 4-5 days. I felt that wouldn't be enough time to get the renewal. So I decided to stop by dealership to see if they could expedite the process. My salesman David Borden immediately sprang into action, he made a phone and then left to go get the processed renewal card for me. What a nice caring sales person. If it weren't for him, I would still be waiting for the renewal. I can't say enough good about him. He is truly a superior sales person and individual. Also during the short wait, I had the pleasure of talking with another sales person, Aida, she was very friendly and supportive. What a great team of experts at this dealership. Keep up the good Customer Service relations.

My wife and I bought a car on Saturday 10/23/10, and we found the salesman Dave Brown to be very professional, and made it easy to do business. He was capable, and answered all our ques tons with ease, and very forth wright. In addition every one was very helpful, and most pleasant to deal with. Great service/ honest dealer My husband and I went window shopping for and ended up at Haldeman. We looked at several cars without the sales men hassling us. In fact they gave us the keys to the car told us to explore it and then walked away. How amazing was that to not have a sales person breathing down our neck. What a wonderful experience! We told them we were not going to buy anything that day. After exploring the car though, my husband and I asked to take the car for a test drive and decided if the price was right we would take it. It turned out to be perfect service from Haldeman.
When we returned to get our registration they put the plates on for us and gave us a complimentary car wash.

Great Service Department I did not buy my car from here but take it to get serviced there all the time. I always felt I was getting an honest deal. They have great hours too. I have taken my toddler there twice and they really tried to get my car serviced quickly so we didn't have to wait to long. Very friendly people.

Friendly but nonaggressive auto sales Buying a car is certainly stressful, but I found it to be less trying when I bought my most recent Nissan here. The employees are friendly without being overly pushy, and they do their best to get you a good deal. They have a wide selection of vehicles, and I would also recommend their maintenance team.

Easiest car buying experience of my life I purchased an Altima Hybrid at Haldeman. I was able to negotiate the whole deal through e-mail. The salesman (Harrison Steimle) was easy to work with and didn't withhold any numbers or try any sales tricks. The only issue I had with the purchase was that it took a long time at the office as it was a busy Saturday afternoon. Still, this was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car...

Quick and Painless Sales Experience I bought a 2010 Nissan Altima from Haldeman Nissan on 11/4/11. I was greeted when I walked into the dealership. I worked with Ed and he was very pleasant and non aggressive when it came to sell me a car. I did my research online, so I already knew what I wanted, and had an Internet Quote from haldeman. Haldeman had a great slection, so picking out my Altima was not hard. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours start to finish. I would have been quicker, if I wasn't pondering what color options I wanted :). Luckily I knew what options I needed. Overall, it was very nice and pleasant. I wish I had come to Haldeman Nissan sooner than what I did. Thank you Ed for all your help! And I love my new Altima! |
